How FirePulse Works
Instead of buying an alarm and then separately arranging monitoring, servicing and certification, FirePulse puts the core service under one monthly contract with ADS Group. One supplier, one number, one predictable monthly figure.
Who this is for
- Small business owners who would rather not manage three or four fire alarm suppliers
- Premises with an ageing alarm and no clear record of when it was last serviced
- Owners who want the monthly figure known in advance rather than an annual surprise
Why the usual setup becomes an admin job
An alarm company installs the system. Someone else provides monitoring. Servicing is arranged separately, often only when it is remembered. The certificate turns into another job when somebody asks for it.
None of that is unusual, and none of it is anybody's fault. It is simply how fire alarm work is normally sold. The result is several suppliers, several invoices and no single place to look when a question comes in.
What FirePulse changes
FirePulse is a monthly contract from ADS Group covering the monitored fire alarm, ongoing servicing and the servicing certification that goes with it.
The alarm is connected to monitoring rather than simply sounding inside an empty premises. Servicing continues under the contract instead of being booked job by job. The relevant FirePulse servicing certification is handled as part of the same agreement.
What is included
- Monitored fire alarm, specified for the premises
- Ongoing servicing under the contract
- The relevant FirePulse servicing certification
- One monthly figure and one supplier to deal with
- Installation completed in one working day where the approved FirePulse offer applies
What we do not claim
- FirePulse does not cover every fire safety responsibility a business may have. It covers the monitored fire alarm, servicing and certification.
- No inspection outcome is promised. Nobody can promise that.
- The one working day installation applies where the approved FirePulse offer applies, and the survey confirms whether it does.
